1. Scope of Services

I provide professional, end-to-end SEO services including, but not limited to:

  • E-commerce SEO, Local SEO, and Shopify/WooCommerce SEO

  • Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization

  • Technical SEO, Schema Markup, On-Page & Off-Page SEO

  • SEO Audits and Keyword Research

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and strategy for any project will be mutually discussed and finalized between the client and me prior to commencement.

2. Payment Terms

  • Agreed Rates: All project rates, retainer fees, and payment terms are determined through mutual agreement and direct communication prior to starting work.

  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made via the mutually agreed-upon payment channels discussed during project initiation.

  • Timelines: Invoices must be paid according to the schedule specified in our agreement. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of active SEO services.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Before Project Start: If a cancellation request is submitted before any work or preliminary analysis has officially commenced, a full refund will be granted.

  • After Project Start: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of SEO services, no refunds will be issued once project work, auditing, or implementation has started.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible results, the client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to required tools, dashboards, website CMS, and Google assets (GSC, GA4, GBP).

  • Supply accurate business information and project requirements.

  • Maintain clear and prompt communication throughout the duration of the project.

5. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice (via email) under mutually agreed conditions. In the event of termination, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom strategy documents, audits, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property upon full payment of all invoice balances. Content, assets, and branding original to this Website remain the intellectual property of Jamshed Bhuiyan.

7. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, algorithmic changes by search engine platforms, or third-party actions beyond my control.
